In the following you will find useful information in connection with the use of online booking. You can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more.
Payment
All prices stated in the online booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question. Payment is made by using one of the approved payment/credit cards in the online booking system. A fee is charged according to applicable rules from Nets.
Information about trading on the Internet
You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. Shipping and Delivery
When booking and paying for a cabin, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan, you will receive a confirmation in which the price for your purchase appears. The contract is sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Nystrup Camping Klitmøller on the day of arrival and is completed upon departure on the day of departure. Both of these times are stated in the above contract. Unused days are not refunded once you have started your holiday and your place cannot be sold on to others during your stay. We strive to deliver what the guest wants, but reserve the right to change any booking made from a specific place/cabin to a place/cabin of a similar standard, otherwise the booking can be considered invalid.
Rental of cabins or barrels
A maximum of the number of people may live in the cabin or barrel as indicated. This is for the sake of fire regulations.
Final cleaning is included in the price. Cabins must be left tidy and facilities in working order. Plates must be cleaned, dried and put in place. If the cabins are left excessively dirty, dishes are not washed or put away, a fee will be charged to your credit card, equal to the additional time required to clean.
Duvets and pillows must not be used without bed linen, you must either bring your own or rent them at the reception.
The tenant is responsible for damage that occurs to the cabin, the furniture or the service during the stay and you will be charged an amount equal to the cost of repairing the damage.
All cabins are non-smoking.
Glamping tent rental
A maximum of 2 people may live in the tent. This is for the sake of fire regulations.
Final cleaning is included in the price. The tent must be left tidy and facilities in working order. If the tent is left untidy, a fee will be charged to your credit card equal to the additional time required to clean.
The tenant is responsible for damage that occurs to the tent, furniture or service during the stay and you will be charged an amount equal to the cost of repairing the damage.
All tents are non-smoking.
Children under 14 and pets are not allowed.
Right of cancellation and refund
You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you will be reimbursed the full amount, minus the administration fee
If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before arrival, you will get 75% of the amount refunded, less administration fee
If you cancel between 8 and 29 days before arrival, you will get 50% of the amount refunded, less administration fee
If you cancel less than 8 days before arrival, there is unfortunately no refund.
The administration fee is DKK. 300,-
Force majeure
Nystrup Camping Klitmøller assumes no responsibility for the consequences of a strike, lockout, epidemic/pandemic or other circumstances which are considered force majeure under Danish law.
Nystrup Camping endeavors to deliver what the guest wants, but reserves the right to change any booking made of a specific place/cabin to a place/cabin of a similar standard.
Registration of information
Nystrup Camping Klitmøller registers your name, your address, your e-mail and other information submitted in connection with the purchase in our customer register. The information is not passed on, but Nystrup Camping Klitmøller keeps the registration for 5 years. When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server.
Complaint processing
If you do not receive your booking confirmation, which confirms your purchase within 24 hours, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address below or call the phone number. Complaints regarding the booking process or the product received must be made within a reasonable time after you have seen the error or should have seen the error by looking through your contract.

1. General:
This personal data policy applies to Nystrup Camping Klitmøller, Trøjborgvej 22, 7700 Thisted owned by: Maj Fjord Nielsen and Torben Fjord Petersen. The purpose of the policy is to clarify how we handle your personal data.

3. How we collect your personal data:
Your data is collected in connection with your stay at the campsite. We collect personal data in the following way: When you choose to buy and/or request one of the campsite's services.
Via TV monitoring Collection of personal data and the processing of this will at all times take place in accordance with applicable legislation. The TV surveillance is set up as a safety-creating measure for employees and guests. The surveillance can be found at the entrance to the square. The TV monitoring is exclusively live recordings, which are saved for 20 days and then deleted automatically.
4. What personal data do we collect:
We collect the following: Name, address, telephone number, nationality and email address. In addition, we register your purchases of the campsite's services for the purpose of settlement of stays. At your own discretion, you can choose to provide the campsite with additional information that you consider may be relevant to your stay. This may, for example, be information about a disability or medical condition. This type of personal data is neither registered nor processed.
5. Purpose of the collection:
The collection of your personal data is for one or more of the following purposes: Fulfillment of legal requirements. Processing your reservations and purchasing the campsite's services. Contact you before and during your stay. Sending desired information about the campsite's services. Your personal data is collected solely for the above purposes. Your personal data is limited to only what is necessary, cf. the above. We will obtain your consent if your data is to be used for other purposes.
6. The legal basis for the processing:
As a starting point, the campsite is required by law to process your personal data. This is, for example, the case in connection with guest registration at check-in, where the legislation states which personal data the campsite is required to register, cf. the Passport Order and the Aliens Order. The campsite is also required to disclose the nationality of overnight guests to Statistics Denmark. In addition, your personal data is registered and processed for accounting reasons in connection with your purchases of the campsite's services.
7. Who your data is shared with:
Apart from the legal requirements for registration of overnight guests and accounts, your personal data is not shared with third parties.
8. Transfer of data:
Your data is not transferred to other countries.
9. Storage and deletion:
Your data is stored on a server located within the EU/EEA. To avoid data loss, the campsite regularly backs up our data sets. Your personal data is deleted when all purposes for the registration in question are no longer necessary. However, information about the contact person for invoice information is stored for five years, so that applicable accounting legislation can be complied with. Once the 5 years have passed, the information is deleted. You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time, provided that legal requirements do not make this illegal.
10. Your rights:
According to the EU's data protection regulation and the Danish data protection law, you have the following rights: You have the right, upon request, to gain insight into the personal data that we process about you. You have the right to have any incorrect personal data corrected and updated. You have the right to have the personal data that the campsite is not required to store deleted. You have the right to revoke your consent, which forms the basis for the processing of your personal data, without this affecting the legality of the processing that was based on consent before its revocation. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and in accordance with the EU's data protection regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) you can ask to receive your personal data so that these can be easily transferred to you or another data controller chosen by you. You have the right to complain about the processing of your personal data. Any inquiries in this regard should be sent to the above address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
